How pricing works
When items sell through an online auction, our coordination fee is 10% of the net sale proceeds, plus hourly labour ($45/hr, or $81/hr for a two-person crew) for sorting, staging and clean-out work. Items with resale value help offset the cost of clearing the home, and you always know how the numbers work before we begin.
